Born from Luxury Istanbul’s long-standing relationship with international clients
Since 2009, Luxury Istanbul has been curating bespoke experiences, private travel, corporate hospitality, destination management, yacht events, high-end weddings and lifestyle services for discerning international clients in Türkiye.
Over the years, many of our guests, families and corporate clients have asked us for trusted, independent and lifestyle-oriented guidance when exploring property opportunities in Istanbul, Bodrum and Türkiye. Luxury Istanbul Estates was created as a natural extension of this relationship.
Our role is to remain independent, discreet and selective; standing at equal distance from construction companies, developers, real estate firms and individual property sellers. We aim to help clients approach the market with clarity, not pressure; with trusted introductions, not sales catalogues; and with lifestyle intelligence, not generic property promotion.
We are not a real estate brokerage and we do not act as a licensed property sales agent. Instead, we provide a private advisory and coordination layer, helping qualified clients define their brief, understand key locations, arrange curated introductions and coordinate viewings through authorized real estate professionals, legal advisors and trusted local experts.
